Dee Renfro, age 76, of Spruce Pine, North Carolina passed away on Friday, August 6, 2021 at his residenceDee was born on March 26, 1945 in Mitchell County, North Carolina, a son of the late Jeff "Bruce" Renfro and the late Millie Davis Renfro.He enjoyed watching NASCAR and football and was a devoted member of the Crabtree Chapel Baptist Church, which he loved. He retired from Feldspar Corporation.He was preceded in death by his Wife, Carolyn P. Renfro; Father, Jeff "Bruce" Renfro; Mother, Millie Renfro; Brother, Leemore Renfro.Dee leaves behind to cherish his memory his Son, Jeff (Cassie) Renfro of Spruce Pine, NC; Daughter, Sandra (Danny) Staton of Spruce Pine, NC; Brother, Chuckie (Sharon) Renfro of Newdale, NC; Three Sisters, Bertie (Doug) Willis of Spruce Pine, NC, Beulah (Richard) McKinney of Spruce Pine, NC, Jerri (Robert) Hughes of Spruce Pine, NC; Grandson, Dustin (Bridgette) Staton of Spruce Pine, NC; Great-Granddaughter, Briley Ledford.Services for Dee Renfro will be held on Monday, August 9, 2021 beginning at 4:00 pm from the Crabtree Chapel Baptist Church with Rev. Dallas Renfro, Pastor Jason Kritz and Rev. Doug Willis officiating. The family will receive friends beginning at 3:00 pm on Monday at Crabtree Chapel Baptist Church.
