Aunt Emma Lee...5 years. I miss you more today than 5 years ago. Love to you in Heaven.
Mrs. Henline was one of the sweetest people I have ever met. I thoroughly enjoyed visiting with her and doing everything I could to assist her with her blindness. I will miss her.
Aunt EE, when I was little I couldn't say Aunt Emma Lee, just EE. She and Uncle Bill were two people that loved each other very much. I know you entered Heaven and joined many others for a better Henline Reunion, in a land where we'll never grow old. Mike and Octava Pitman
All my life, I have known Emma Lee, and have enjoyed all my associations with her. When I was a child I spent summers with her mom, my aunt Myrtle, and Emma Lee always enjoyed telling me how she tended to me, since she was ten years older. In our adulthood, I visited with her and Bill several times when they were living in Florida, and many times after they returned to live in Spruce Pine. After Bill, died, in 2013, my wife and I took Emma Lee out to eat quite often, usually at the China Wok, which was her favorite. The last time we visited her, on May 27 this year, she was not able to go out, but we enjoyed a nice visit with her. The last time I talked with her was when I called her last Saturday, the day before she died. That will be a special memory for the rest of my life. We pray that God's greatest comfort will be with all her family and friends.
