Sandra Hopson

Sandy Burnette Hopson, age 71, of Linville Drive in Marion, the North Cove community, passed away Sunday, December 26, 2021 at her home. Born on March 8, 1950, she was the daughter of the late Arthur and Wilma Mace Burnette. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Charles M. Hopson who passed away in 2017.Sandy was a member of the Chestnut Grove Baptist Church. She was retired from Baxter Healthcare. She loved to crochet and taking care of her dogs; Roscoe, Bentley, Shelby and Aston. In her spare time, she also enjoyed working word searches and crossword puzzles.Left to cherish her memory is her daughter; Lisa Hopson Hoilman and husband, Allen of Marion and her brother; Dennis Burnette and wife, Audrey of Kingston, TN.Graveside Services and interment will be on Thursday, December 30, 2021 at 4:00 pm at the Burnette Cemetery.
