Scott Stansberry Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Scott Stansberry age 41, of Spruce Pine passed away Tuesday June 28, 2022, at the Moses H. Cone Memorial Hospital in Greensboro, NC. Born in Mitchell County he was a son of Dwight Stansberry and Alma Gardner Barnes both of Burnsville. Scott loved the outdoors, he enjoyed camping and digging ramps. In addition to his parents, he leaves behind to cherish his memory his brothers, Bradley Stansberry and wife Amy of Spruce Pine, Christopher Stansberry and wife Christy of Gaffney, SC and Corey Barnes of Burnsville, a sister Heather Barnes of Gaffney, SC nephews, Elijah and Brendon Stansberry and a niece, Gabby Stansberry. He is also survived by a close friend Rusty Roberts and several Aunts, Uncles and Cousins. A memorial service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Webb Funeral Home 128 Roan Road Spruce Pine, NC 28777 to help with funeral expenses.
