Vickie Johnson

Vickie Jo Johnson, age 55, of Linville Falls Highway, died on Monday, November 7, 2011 at her home. Born on July 6, 1956 in York County, SC, she was the daughter of the late Charlie Herbert Guinn and Dorothy L. Robertson.  Left to cherish her memories are her husband of thirty-nine years; Russell Johnson, Sr. of the home; two sons; Russell Johnson, Jr. of Catonsville, MD and Charlie Joe Johnson of Newland; a daughter; Scarlet Loraine Whitesides of Marion; a sister; Sandy Estes of Marion; grandchildren; James Dillon Whitesides, Samantha Keller, Erin Huller, Matthew Whitesides, and Makayla Whitesides; great grandchild; James Huller, one niece and one nephew. Graveside services will be Monday, November 14, 2011 at 4:30 pm at the Johnson Cemetery on Gages Branch in Bakersville.
