Arthur will be missed by all his neighbors! He would show up with fresh vegetables to share and interesting stories to tell. Always willing to lend a helping hand; the void will be great! A true icon in the neighborhood. Rest In Peace dear friend. Bill and Shirley
Arthur is a very gentle soul. Even though his last days were incredibly difficult he took time to sit on the porch with visitors. He shared his precious garden space with us and was astonished that we planted flowers. We explained that they were for bug patrol! "Oh, that's OK then". Arthur loved his little dogs. Smokey would jump up and sit on his lap to be petted. We enjoyed talking and sharing with him...especially since my husband and he were just about the same age. He will be dearly missed. Every time I see a well tended garden I will think of him...and in between!
We will all miss seeing Arthur and his beautiful vegetable gardens.
